Ingredients

∙  1 oz Mondino (Alternative: Campari or Aperol)
∙ 1 oz Amanero (Alternative: Cynar)
∙  1 oz MZCL
∙  2/3 oz Lime Juice
∙ 3 dashes Dr. Sours Bitter #12 (‘Xoco Tea’)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a big mixing glass, add ice and stir gently up to 30 seconds to chill. Straight strain into a chilled cocktail glass without ice.

Decoration

Serve it with a grapefruit peel.
