Cocktail: ‘Speedy Gonzales’

– Featuring: Dr. Sours Cocktail Bitter #17 ‘Aromex’ –


∙ ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
∙ 3-5 fresh sage leaves
∙ 3 slices of fresh ginger
∙ 1 oz MZCL (alternative: Tequila Blanco)
∙ ¾ oz Belsazar White
∙ 2-3 oz Cava (alternative: Prosecco)
∙ 2 dashes Dr. Sours Bitter #17 (‘Aromex’)


Gently muddle the leaves of sage and the slices of ginger, add all other ingredients and mix well up to 30 seconds in a shaker with ice cubes. Double strain with a fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass and fill it up with sparkling wine (either Cava or Prosecco).


Garnish it with fresh sage leaves.
