∙ 1 bsp Caraway Syrup
∙ ½ oz Ancho Reyes Verde
∙ 2/3 oz Banana-Cacao Shrub
∙ 1 ½ oz Sotol Coyote
∙ 2 dashes Dr. Sours Bitter #17 (‘Aromex’)
Combine all ingredients in a big mixing glass, add ice and sitr gently up to 30 seconds to chill. Straight strain into a chilled cocktail glass without ice.
Garnish it with a peel of lima and a slice of fresh sweet pepper.
