∙ ¾ oz tamarind syrup
∙ 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
∙ 1½ oz MZCL
∙ 1-2 dashes of Dr. Sours Bitter #11 (‘Manganero’)
∙ 2-3 oz of tonic water
Combine all ingredients except for the tonic water. In a shaker with ice, mix well up to 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass over new ice cubes and fill up with the tonic water.
Serve with a slice of fresh lemon.
